A Press Release from Waterford Police Department.

The Waterford Police needs help in identifying the following females allegedly involved in a theft of a person's credit card/theft of identity.

On May 16, the two women pictured here were observed using two credit cards that were reported lost or stolen. The cards are in the name of an Asian male and female. There have been charges made to WalMart, Target, Nail Spa, various gas stations, package stores and Dunkin Donuts throughout the Waterford and New London area.

The women are described as follows:
  • White female, approximately 6-8 months pregnant seen wearing a pink zip up top, blue jeans, and flip flops. She was also seen making a purchase at a later time on this date wearing a large white t-shirt, and dark pants, this time accompanied by a black male wearing a Yankees dark colored ball cap, a white t-shirt, dark colored shorts and white sneakers. They were seen leaving Wal Mart in a silver, four-door SUV possibly a Hyundai Santa Fe or a Kia Sportage.
  • White female, long brunette hair, possibly Hispanic. Approximately early-mid twenties, light build, wearing glasses, a light colored head band, a dark striped top, and black leggings, with black flats. Two of the four shopping trips, both women are observed exiting the respective store and getting into a white, two-door car, possibly a 1990’s model Saturn. Both women were observed on CCTV at WalMart and Target swiping each card individually for a total of six different transactions.
The up-to-date total of charges made on the stolen/lost cards is over $1000.00. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Tidd at (860) 442-9451 ext. 248, or atoxanatidd@waterfordct.org. All information will be kept confidential.
