She wants to give illegal aliens driver's license which legitimizes their illegal entry and presence in this country.
I am sure if the Boston Marathon killer who is now dead he would be on her favored list to become a citizen. I am sure she would have also voted for the $ 100,000 he received in welfare in a 2 year period.
Ms Ritter is an example of why America is over, when illegal acts and people who break the law for their own gain are not only condoned they are rewarded.
She is an insult to all law abiding working citizens and is useless and totally reckless as an elected leader, and even worse she is a person who does not protect and obey US laws and CT laws on illegal entry into the country.
She represents illegal aliens...possibly in the future she will represent our laws and our citizens. Shameful !

Betsy Ritter represents what is wrong with this state and this country. People are no longer held to a moral standard or expected to abide by laws. Heck, the President of the United States is allowed to break the laws why shouldn't we allow a lowly illegal to do the same?! The message that Betsy Ritter and all the other ignorant legislators continue to broadcast is 'do whatever you want as long as it feels good whether you can pay for it or not, the possible ends justify the means, and it's o.k. to enslave people as long as it's in the name of "social justice"'. As legal citizens and law abiding people traveling abroad, we can obtain a temporary license while on vacation or a visa. Just try to sneak in and then demand a privilege. Yes, licenses are not a right, but a privilege even here in Connecticut. Just because, you can get a license does not automatically, mean that you have insurance because; the vehicle has insurance not the licensee. Really, it has nothing to do with licenses, but everything to do with potential votes.
Both of our local reps have lost touch with their constituents since the power shift and new era of arrogance and sneaky deals have swept the country. Just try to speak with one of these ladies, if you can get pass their gatekeepers. For that matter, see if the gatekeeper will even talk to the little people. Following the party line like drones and not caring about what their constituents may want is just what we asked for. Yes, we keep voting them in or so that’s what we are told the voting tally says.

That is more than two individual units per acre or if you include the 60 condos - that is MORE than 4 units per acre! The area around the property for new building is zoned 3 acres per unit. The average of currently built housing abutting the property is about one acre per unit. That is not in keeping with the neighborhood character.

Its gone, & it's not going to revert back to a pasture either. (too many complaints about that cow smell and so forth). My advice is to listen carefully and try to work something out, get over your own selfish grandious dreams of Pelham Manor style estates and do SOMETHING before it simply falls apart like Norwich Hospital, the countless thread/manufacturing mills, and every other historic building that has been left to rot.
