Waterford police are looking for a 13-foot yellow Necky kayak that was stolen from the beach in front of 101 Niantic River Rd.
It was last seen yesterday afternoon and has a brown cigarette stain on the front of the kayak.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department at 860-442-9451.
