Jan. 5
Michael Douton, 37, of 1582 Bozrah Rd, Oakdale, was charged at 8:10 p.m. with fraud and showing inaccurate certification regarding home improvements.
Brittany Spera, 25, of 16 Colonial Dr, Groton, was charged at 12:14 p.m. with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked, failure to wear a seat belt, using a cell phone while driving and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
