Aug. 30
Fredrick Wise, 35, of 24 Rex Rd, Lisbon, was charged at 2:19 a.m. with interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and unauthorized manufacturing/sale/etc of of narcotics or certain hallucinogens.
Aug. 31
Carlos Rodrigues, 31, of 2 Valley St, Norwich, was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of narcotics.
Melvin Bellinger, 42, of 17 North Rd, was charged at 7:28 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Marcelino Barreto, 28, of 9 Brewer St, New London, was charged at 10:20 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, having weapons in a vehicle and risk of injury to a child.
Joseph Riley, 27, of 4 Nichols Ln, was charged at 11:22 p.m. with third-degree burglary.
Sept. 1
Richard Finnegan, 42, of 88 Bloomingdale Rd, was charged at 9 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny, having weapons in a vehicle, interfering with an officer and disobeying the signal of an officer.
