Waterford Police Logs: April 26-28

Apri 26
Evelyn Nival, 27, of 298 Laurel Dr, New London, was charged at 10:10 a.m. with use of cellphone while driving, failure to secure a child with proper restraint and driving when motor vehicle or license is refused, suspended or revoked.
April 27
Sara Brandenburg, 26, of 5 Old Oak Ln, Niantic, was charged at 1:24 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Shellby McRoberts, 19, of 590 South Canterbury Rd, Canterbury, was charged at 1:45 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
April 28
William Beyer, 28, of 1 Windy Ridge Pl, was charged at 3:13 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Haley Polizzi, 19, of 5 Miner Ct, was charged at 5:51 p.m. with possession of a controlled substance, misuse of plates, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Eduardo Rodriguez, 33, of 31 Summer St, New London, was charged at 11:15 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jeffrey Britton, 47, of 54 Montauk Ave, New London, was charged at 11:47 p.m. with attempt to commit a crime, fourth-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
