Oct. 28
James Floyd, 42, of 161 Connecticut Blvd, Oakdale, was charged at 11:45 a.m. with failure to display/return/improper use/obstruct/damage plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and motor vehicle insurance coverage fails minimum requirement.
Oct. 29
Jeffrey Martinek, 44, of 111B Kietmaug Road, Uncasville, was charged at 5 p.m. with unsafe backing/movement of a stopped/standing/parked motor vehicle and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
