Police Blotter: Weekend In Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

No Arrests.
Oct. 7
Christopher Meserve, 49, of 4 Peabody Ct, Westerly, RI, was charged at 10 a.m. with second-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.
Natasha Goodrow, 30, of 48 Terrace Ave, New London, was charged at 5:45 p.m. with illegal dumping.
Oct. 8
Scott Worobow, 23, of A Natalis Dr, New London, was charged at 1:30 a.m. with failure to have tail lamps and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Scott Loring, 28, of 12 Glenwood Pl, New London, was charged at 11:40 a.m. with evading responsibility and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
