March 15
Lori Allegra, 46, of 69 Town Rd, East Haddam, was charged at 6:52 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, reckless driving and use of cellphone while driving.
Shawn Moon, 38, of 438 Fairview Ave, Coventry, was charged at 1:10 p.m. with violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court
March 16
Robert Marchese, 37, of 8:40 p.m. with risk of injury to a child and sixth-degree larceny.

Lakisha Bonds, 30, of 102 Pliny St, Hartford, was charged at 4:45 p.m. with violation of probation.
March 17

Darin Bookey, 43, of 9 N Cherry St, Wallingford, was charged at 12:15 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Kimberly Valoy, 22, of 166 Ledgewood Rd, Groton, was charged at 1:11 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.
March 18
Eric Wasniewski, 41, of 46 Spring Glen Rd, Niantic, was charged at 4 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
Leinad Guerrero, 20, of 23 Briggs St, New London, was charged at 9:20 p.m. with misuse of plates, not having proper motor vehicle insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have lights illuminated.
Shelly Thompson, 45, of 174 West Main St, Niantic, was charged at 12:06 a.m. with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
