Police Blotter: Weekend In Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 30
Patrick Stanton, 25, of 275 Boston Post Road, was charged at 2:27 a.m. with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
Zachary Forte, 18, of 26 Peck St, Norwich, was charged at 4:40 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
Frances Vocalina, 69, of 14 Laurel St, was charged at 9:28 p.m. with second-degree assault of a blind/elderly.disabled/pregnant/retarded person.
