Feb. 28
Eric Machnik-Foley, 41, of 180 Rope Ferry Rd, was charged at 9:20 p.m. with not having proper motor vehicle insurance, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Peter Burns, 60, of 16 Fog Plain Rd, was charged at 4:45 p.m. with possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a crim.
Albert Annibalini, 54, of 121 Spithead Rd, was charged at 12:44 a.m. with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Paul Colonni, 26, of 15 Jones Ct, Norwich, was charged at 12:46 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Cindy Horton, 52, of 7 Glendale Rd, Oakdale, was charged at 6:10 p.m. with misuse of plates and not having proper motor vehicle insurance.
Deborah Gorra, 53, of 48 Nashua St, Norwich, was charged at 12:15 p.m. with second-degree harassment and threatening.
