Police Blotter: DUI
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 10
David Mercado, 19, of 302 Ave, New London, was charged at 6:35 p.m. with third-degree criminal trespass.
July 11
Jean Phanor, 23, of 31 Anthony Rd, New London, was charged at 9 a.m. with insurance fails minimum requirements and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Vivian Steele, 23, of 123 Paul Revere Rd, Groton, was charged at 9:55 a.m. with driving when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and use of a cell phone while driving.
Lori Bernstein, 47, of 297 Boston Post Rd, was charged at 9:24 p.m. with driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving without insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Kelly McKinney, 47, of 213 Center St, Manchester, was charged at 10:05 a.m. with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.
July 12
Wendy Vazquez, 18, of 93 State Pier Rd, New London, was charged at 6:38 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting.
