Rafael Holder, 22, of 563 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked.
Mark Katuzney, 36, of 5 Salt Meadow Lane, Old Saybrook, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and with traveling too fast.
Tanya Velazquez, 44, of 311 Bayonet Street, New London, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and with failure to drive in the proper lane.
Arthur Furtado, 45, of 1042 Poquonock Road, Groton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked.

Loydeeka Mitchell, 36, of 8 Park Road, Oakdale, was charged with reckless driving, evading, and operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked.

Deborah McIntyre, 58, of 335 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, traveling too fast, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Jason Pangilinan, 33, of 167 Wright Road, North Stonington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics; possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school; possession of a controlled substance/<4 ounces of marijuana; interfering with an officer; violation of probation, misuse of plates, and operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Mylinda Outlaw, 33, of 718 Vauxhall Street Extension, Waterford, was arrested as a fugitive.
Benjamin Reynolds, 30, of 14 Butler Court, Waterford, was arrested and charged with failure to obey a traffic signal and operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked.
Beau Meyer, 26, of 55 Fellows Road, Oakdale, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics); possession of a controlled substance/<4 ounces of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia (infraction); narcotic possession only in original container.
Tejiah Garrett, 18, of 103 Peter Drive, Groton, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Harly Cantave, 19, of 40 Crystal Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).

Justin Maryeski, 34, of 118 Niles Hill Road, Waterford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.
Jose Rodriquez, 44, of 835 Bank Street, New London, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to have minimum insurance coverage.
Daniel Anton, 33, of 55 Jay Street, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
