Jeffrey Hardy, DOB 8/11/94, of 44 Norwich Road, Norwich, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Andrew Lemieux, DOB 12/17/91, of 44 Norwich Avenue, Norwich, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting).
Xavier Aguilar-Reyes, DOB 2/15/90, of 138 Huntington Street, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting), three counts of failure to appear in the 1st degree, and interfering with a police officer.
Michael Fisher, DOB 1/13/93, of 138 Huntington Street, New London, was charged with failure to respond to a violation.

Richard LeClair, DOB 11/12/61, of 31 Tiffany Avenue, Waterford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and with failure to drive in the proper lane.
Susan Cabral, DOB 2/12/57, of 140 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked.
Cristian Caba, DOB 6/28/85, of 165 Connecticut Avenue, New London, was charged with refusal to show a license/registration/insurance ID car/false name/address and with interfering with a police officer.
