Arrest reports were provided by Waterford Police Department from May 10-May 13. An arrest does not signify a conviction.
May 12, 2013
Alex Swaney, 25, of 95 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, and Felisha Bellefleur, 22, also of 95 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, were arrested and charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting). Both were released on a promise to appear.
May 11, 2013
Stephen Raffuse, 31, of 34 Baker Road, Chester, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and for failure to drive in the proper lane.
Jonathan Golart, 27, of 26 Wilmot Avenue in Norwich was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to have adequate insurance and with misuse of license plates.

Debbie St. Denis, 54, of 16 Woodlawn Avenue in Waterford was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and with failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
Abby Stone, 29, of 264 Brandford Avenue, Groton, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting) and released on a promise to appear.
Rebecca Cloutier, 32, of 8 Marie Avenue, Pawcatuck, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Carrilee Laterra, 56, of 25 Ocean Avenue, East Lyme, was charged with driving under suspension and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
