Tree Lighting Canceled At Waterford Town Hall
Waterford Fire Co. #1 has also postponed its first Santa Run, which was originally scheduled to begin on Tuesday.
The Christmas tree lighting ceremony scheduled to take place at 5 p.m. on Tuesday at Waterford Town Hall has been canceled due to the weather. There is no make-up date scheduled at this point because of conflicting events. The tree lighting ceremony scheduled for Quaker Hill December 14, however, should be going on as planned.
The Santa Run organized by Waterford Fire Co. #1 (Jordan Village), which was set to happen for the first time on Tuesday, has also been postponed. The fire house is organizing other Santa Runs through December 17, however, so there will be other opportunities to give Santa a gift when the fire engines come through the neighborhood.
All Recreation and Senior Center programs have also been canceled for today and this evening.
