The Waterford Republican Town Committee invites people of any political party to join them for Sunday dinner and conversation, as one of the country's great presidents is honored. Congressman Rob Simmons will be the guest speaker and Dr. John Foley of Waterford will be the emcee of the WRTC's annual Lincoln Day Dinner. The event will be at the Pilot House at Ocean Beach, on Sunday, February 12. Social hour starts at 1:30, with dinner served at 2:30. Contact Rich LaCombe at 860-912-9428 for tickets and menu choices. Cost is $30.00 per person. A donation will be made to the Waterford Scholarship Fund in memory of Judy Coughlin, who was the WRTC secretary for many years.
