Dress Up Fun at The Waterford Library

Come join the MOMs club of New London and Waterford for this public event full of pretend play and excitement. Bring your child in costume or try on some of the fun ones provided for a morning of fantasy and imagination. Get some more use out of that Halloween costume! All are welcome.
