Five Things To Know For Monday, Feb. 6, 2012

1. Today should be sunny, with a high near 45, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight should be mostly clear, with a low around 33, according to the service.

2. For those of you who were wondering what is going on at , the entire site is being rebuilt, Town Planner Mark Wujtewicz said. In June of 2011, Before the fire though, the owner submitted plans to renovate the site by adding another gas pump, improving the traffic flow at the property and replacing the canopy, Wujtewicz said. Those plans will be followed while rebuilding the site, he said.

3. Speaking of ongoing projects, work is being done on the property on Boston Post Road right before the intersection of Cross Road. A steel frame has been constructed, and it will eventually be a mixed-used building capable of holding four tenants, Wujtewicz said. On the bottom floor will be three commercial spots, and the top floor will be a residential spot, Wujtewicz said.

4. Tonight, the Representative Town Meeting meets for its bi-monthly meeting.
