State of CT Department of Banking announces mortgage assistance and modification forum on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 from 10am-7pm.

 Homeoners who are delinquent on their mortgage payments and looking for assistance with mortgage modifications please note the following news release provided by the CT Attorney General and Connecticut Department of Banking on November 19, 2012  :

  • Connecticut’s distressed homeowners have another opportunity to
    explore loan modification and foreclosure prevention options with their banks at a day-long (10am-7pm), state-sponsored forum Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at the Conference Center at CoCo Key in Waterbury.

  • The goal is to get answers as quickly as possible
    for homeowners, so they can evaluate their options, make decisions regarding their homes or seek additional counseling.

 

  • Those who are unable to attend can get help
    through the Department’s Foreclosure Assistance Hotline. The hotline number is 1-877-472-8313.
