Waterford's Marilyn Lusher is Eastern Connecticut Realtor of the Year!

Waterford RE/MAX Home Team agent Marilyn Lusher is Eastern Connecticut Realtor of the Year!  

Every year, state REALTOR® associations recognize one member who has done exceptional work to advance their associations and the real estate industry.

According to her biography on Homes.com, Lusher has been a licensed Realtor since 1996 and with RE/MAX Home Team in Waterford in 2005. For three years in a row, she's been listed in Connecticut Magazine as a Top Real Estate Agent for customer service and experience, and she was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2011.

Of course, some properties can sell themselves, but Lusher can help with those diamonds in the rough too. Among her many professional certifications, she's a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Last October she told the New London Day she was having one of the best years ever. 

"It's been a great year," Lusher told The Day. "This is going to be the biggest year I've had in real estate."

Lusher's territory includes Waterford, Quaker Hill, East Lyme, Niantic, New London, Montville, Groton, and Ledyard. The RE/MAX Home Team in Waterford has 12 professional full time agents and ranks among the top agencies in the Eastern CT Association of REALTORS.
