Every Wednesday during the summer, there is a party at the beach. Or at least on the green next to the beach.
The Waterford outdoor concert series plays every night in the summer, with bands from around the area coming in to . Families pack the grounds, with kids dancing to the music and adults enjoying their sandwiches.
No alcohol or pets are allowed at the concerts, which are free to the public. The concerts are put on by the Waterford Recreation and Parks Department.
The schedule for the rest of the summer is:
August 1st: Branded - Country Rock - 6 to 8 p.m.
August 8th: Munsell Brothers - Classic Roc and Originals -6 to 8 p.m.
August 15th: Eight to the Bar - Swing - 6 to 8 p.m.
August 22nd: Fusion - Pop, Rock and Dance - 6 to 8 p.m.
August 29th: White Eye Lizard Band - reggae - 6 to 8 p.m.
