Rodney is the Principal and Director of Seven Stars located in Groton, CT, which provides primarily the following services to its clients:

* contract as a sales specialist or interim operations leader to turnaround troubled assisted living communities or seniorcare providers

* tailored sales training and development for sales culture and sales systems for all staff as well as sales

* feasibility study for assisted living or senior services market entry

* strategic marketing and business development for small business

* provide seniors or families with non-medical, non-legal perspective, guidance and/or resource recommendations to help with decisions regarding senior services
