Community Update
Never have I or anyone I know of had such consistently horrible experiences so many times. I could have lost my job for the number of times they were 15 minutes or more late! And then they proceeded to tell me it was my fault because the number they called me at earlier (which I was using to talk to them at the time) did not work and the cabbie had waited (I waited outside for 15 minutes) and then left from the wrong direction I had told them to go. I was then told it would be another 45 minutes before another cab could come get me. Having worked in customer service I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times but as my experiences got worse I will never, ever use them again and will encourage other people to do the same.
