What's The Weather? Expect another muggy day with temperatures and humidity hitting 82 degrees, with the possibility of scattered thunderstorms. Once those storms have passed, however, the humidity should drop and bring more liveable weather for the next few days. Municipal Meetings

Monday: Planning and Zoning scheduled for July 29 has been canceled.    
Wednesday: Board of Finance canceled. The next meeting will be August 14.
Thursday: Zoning Board of Appeals meets at Waterford Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Monday: Meet LEGO Master Model builder Dan Steininger at Waterford Public Library on Rope Ferry Road in Waterford, who will give a presentation 6-7 p.m. Children are encouraged to bring a shoebox-sized container of legos to play along.

Sunday: Niantic Bay Triathlon. East Lyme will once again serve as host site for the 2013 Niantic Bay Triathlon. The triathlon will be held August 4 beginning at 7:30 a.m. and features a 1/2 mile swim, 12-mile bike, and a 3.5 mile run through scenic East Lyme with water views and shaded streets.
