The Mystic Real Estate Market Report is a monthly statement of the median sales price for homes, the number of sales, the average price per square foot for homes, the number of homes for sale, and the average listing price of Mystic homes for sale.

According to Trulia.com, the median sales price for homes in Mystic from Oct 13 to Jan 14 was $277,000 based on 17 sales.

Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price increased 3.4%, or $9,000, and the number of sales decreased 37%.

Average price per square foot for homes in Mystic was $183, an increase of 19.6% compared to the same period last year.

 There are currently 169 resale and new homes in Mystic on Trulia, including 1 open house, as well as 7 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process.

 The average listing price for homes for sale in Mystic was $522,734 for the week ending Jan 08, which represents an increase of 3.3%, or $16,784, compared to the prior week.
