Congratulations to Elaine Brunelle, an Assistant Branch Manager at the Chelsea Groton Bank in Niantic, on her win of the prestigious George W. Strouse "Spirit" Award from Chelsea Groton Bank.
Elaine was nominated by a co-worker as an employee who embodies, and consistently demonstrates, the values and spirit of Chelsea Groton Bank. Elaine decided to "pay it forward" and donate her $1,000 dollar award check to TBBCF. Originally from Old Saybrook, she was a neighbor of Terri Brodeur. She has also committed to being a Walk Team Captain, and many of her colleagues plan to organize a walk team.
