Camp Harkness for the Handicapped Open House

Camp Harkness Fund, supporting Camp Harkness, is pleased to announce an open house at Camp Harkness (Behind the Office Building) between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00 PM. 

Featured is Annabelle the Clown with face painting and balloon figures.  Highlight of the event will be the ground-breaking ceremony for a new fully accessible sensory garden in the shape of a butterfly at about 3:00 PM. 

Souvenirs will be for sale as the benefit fund-raiser and limited refreshments will be available for a free-will donation and the possibility of a raffle is still being explored.

Contact the Camp Harkness office at 860-443-7818 for details.  All aspects of the camp are fully accessible for all handicaps and the Camp Harkness Fund is intended to support all activities including camperships for those unable to afford the full cost of their particuar camp.
