"Positive Outlier: Understanding and Achieving Potential"

Shawn will be giving his motivational presentation titled “Positive Outlier: Understanding and Achieving Potential” on Wednesday, October 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn of Norwich, located at 10 Laura Boulevard in Norwich, CT to high school youth from the area.

Can you scientifically train someone to become a positive leader? Research by Good Think, Inc. proves you can, if done correctly. Research was conducted with the highest performing teams at companies across the world looking for commonalities. Leaders of these highest performing teams were found to have the same mindset and habits that affect their team’s performance. In this training, leaders will learn to train their brain using the correct formula for success, how to make small positive changes ripple to the team, how a positive mindset improves the performance of their teams, and specific habits that can be utilized at work to improve job performance and lead high performing teams.
This program is an opportunity to motivate youth and their families on making positive changes in their lives. This is program is being provided to area high school youth, parents, and school staff at no cost.
Please contact Brian Armstrong of Sensations Charitable Foundation to register for the afternoon. Brian can be reached at (860) 701-0355 or atbarmstrong@sensationscharitablefoundation.org.
