Waterford's RTM Has New Members And a New Way For Residents to Reach Them

Newly-elected members serving on Waterford's Representative Town Meeting hope more residents will reach out to them via email.

Waterford's Representative Town Meeting held its annual meeting last night and while there were many familiar faces as most incumbents were reelected in the municipal election in November, the RTM also welcomed four new members.

They are: Madelynne J. Greif, from District 4; Julie F. Watson Jones, from District 3; Valerie Muckle, daughter of longtime RTM representative Richard F. Muckle; and Michael J. Hannan, who has served on the RTM in previous years but who ran for office again in November.

Thomas J. Dembek, who was reelected as a representative from Waterford's 4th District, was once again voted in as moderator.

The other new development is that Waterford's RTM now has its own email address. Residents who don't attend meetings are encouraged to share their concerns and views on issues with the RTM via email. The address is: RTM@waterfordct.org.
