Jeffery Cuff, born in 1990 and with a last known address of 10 Carolina Drive, Unit #20, Oakdale, has an active arrest warrant for larceny in the third degree, according to Waterford Police.

He was issued a $20,000 cash/surety bond and drives a 1998 blue Jeep Cherokee with Connecticut registration 6AGLP1.
