Dawn Brennan, 46, of Quaker Hill was charged Wednesday with two counts of prostitution, according to court records.
Brennan, of 2 Jodry Street, was one of nine people charged as part of a sting by the Norwich Police Department, according to The Bulletin. One other Norwich woman was charged for prostitution, and seven men were charged with patronizing a prostitute, according to the newspaper.
Brennan was arrested in 2010 for one count of prostitution, and plead guilty, according to court records.
