The Waterford Police are attempting to contact Andrew Swiêtoslaw Roes, who lives in the Mystic area and was born in 1992, according to police.
"It's very important that he speak with us regarding an incident that occurred in Waterford," Waterford Police stated via Facebook. "If anyone knows how to contact him or can message him this we would be grateful. He can contact Officer Lapkowski at 860-442-9451. We are not releasing any further information as this is an ongoing investigation."
