"Waterford Police are looking for Shephard Linscott. He suffers from Alzheimer’s and numerous other medical conditions.
He was last seen in the are of Ninth Avenue at around 4 p.m. He is an 83-year-old white male with short, gray hair. He has blue eyes and wears glasses. He weighs 170 pounds and is 5’7” tall.
He was last seen wearing a maroon sweatshirt and navy blue pants. If you have seen him or have any information please contact the Waterford police at (860) 442-9451. Thank you."
