John Cartagena-Torres, 31, of 93 State Pier Rd, New London, was charged at 6:30 a.m. with two counts of six-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny.

Anthony Pezzello, 49, of 148 Jefferson Ave, New London, was charged at 5:48 p.m. with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of narcotics only in original container.

Tamara Elliott, 44, of 68 Jay St, New London, was charged at 7:12 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics only in original container.
Ahmed Choudhry, 34, of 65 Timbridge Dr, Pawcatuck, was charged at 12:10 p.m. with first-degree reckless endangerment.
