Waterford Police Logs: Sept. 2-5

The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 2

Nicholas Gates, 31, of 97 East Pattagansett Rd, Niantic, was charged at 3:05 a.m. with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Sept. 3

Diane Doherty, 47, of 310 Boston Post Rd, was charged at 1:21 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.


Edward Feliciano, 24, of 387 Jefferson Ave, New London, was charged at 9 a.m. with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Sept. 4

Jillian Johnson, 20, of 14 Hunt St, Norwich, was charged at 4 p.m. with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Travis Avery, 28, of 57 Boston Post Rd, Old Lyme, was charged at 10:30 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, improper use of a turn signal and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Tasha Oneil, 25, of 19 Pautipaug Ln, North Franklin, was charged at 12:50 p.m. with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 5

Tyler Tonucci, 23, of 10 Pleasantview Rd, Salem, was charged at 9:53 p.m. with criminal violation of a protective order.

Shane Ebersole, 42, of 135 Way Rd, Salem, was charged at 10:40 a.m. with fifth-degree larceny.
