Nov. 30
Donald Gayton, 70, of 10 James Ave, was charged at 11 a.m. with failure to have reflectors or lighting devices of a proper color, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving when license or registration is refused, suspended or revoked.
John Robinson, 30, of 8 Lathrop Rd, Uncasville, was charged at 11:04 a.m. with making a false statement to authorities.

John Ryan, 23, of 97 Oak St, Westerly, RI, was charged at 5:44 p.m. with driving when license or registration is refused, suspended or revoked, misuse of plates, driving without proper motor vehicle insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Daniel Steele, 40, of 10 Cross Rd, was charged at 6:16 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and failure to have tail lamps.
