Shellie Crawford, 48, of 93 Virginia Ave, Groton, was charged at 1:10 p.m. with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without proper motor vehicle insurance.

Ashley Pangelinan, 23, of 23 West St, New London, was charged at 8:30 a.m. with failure to drive at a reasonable distance, improper use of plates, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of narcotics.
Heather Dibble, 31, of 54 Rope Ferry Rd, was charged at 8:30 p.m. with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Shannon Flood, 35, of 53 Shaffer St, Lowell, MA, was charged at 10:09 a.m. with third-degree criminal mischief, attempt to commit a crime, fourth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft and fifth-degree larceny.
