Jan. 25
Edward Rich, 56, of 760 Broad St, was charged at 2 p.m. with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Jan. 26
Chad Wingrove, 31, of 6 Roberts Ct, was charged at 9:20 p.m. with driving without proper motor vehicle insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Dean Henry, 53, of 13 Totoket Rd, was charged at 12:31 a.m. with traveling too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
