Kelly Nixon, 22, of 138 Huntington St, New London, was charged at 9:05 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.
Kirk Wilson, 33, of 206 South Marshall St, Hartford, was charged at 10:44 a.m. with conspiracy to commit a crime and second-degree forgery.
