Brittany Rodgers, 26, of 249 Boston Post Rd, was charged at 8:50 p.m. with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without motor vehicle insurance.
Aaron Hacker, 21, of 18 Union St, Norwich, was charged at 12:30 p.m. with threatening.
Feb. 16
Ajene Tillman, 23, of 28 Manor Rd, Oakdale, was charged at 5:32 p.m. with fifth-degree larceny.
Feb. 17
William Allman, 22, of 280 Gardner Ave, New London, was charged with driving when registration or licenses is suspended, refused or revoked, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without motor vehicle insurance, making an improper turn and speeding.
