Waterford Police Logs: Dec. 4-7
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 5
William Smith, 22, of 15 Bella Vista, was charged at 2:08 a.m. with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Mike Alexander, 23, of 127B Rt. 6, Columbia, was charged at 7:30 p.m. with fifth-degree larceny.
Thomas Ortiz, 29, of 109 Brooklyn Rd, Canterbury, was charged at 9:34 p.m. with fifth-degree larceny and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is suspended, refused or revoked.
Jeffrey Brown, 46, of 180 Flanders Rd, East Lyme, was charged at 10:07 a.m. with criminal violation of a protective order.
Dec. 6
Shannon Pearson, 47, of 61 Lathrop Rd, was charged at 2:13 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, drinking while driving a motor vehicle, driving while license is suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying the signal of an officer.
Jonathan Chang, 23, of 208 Montauk Ave, was charged at 8:23 a.m. with third-degree assault.
Dec. 7
Ruth Rivera, 43, of 11 Linden St, New London, was charged at 2:18 a.m. with third-degree larceny.
