The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Aug. 24
Sean Looney, 30, of 2 Mass Point Trail, Old Lyme, was charged at 8:49 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to obey a control signal.
Edwin Mendez, 58, of 143 Garfield Ave, New London, was charged at 9:05 p.m. with disorderly conduct.
Aug. 25
Stanley Vitale, 45, who is homeless, was charged at 12:06 a.m. with creating a public disturbance and interfering with an officer.
