Waterford Police Logs: April 12-14
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
April 12
Michael Staphos, 44, of 7 Center Rd, was charged at 9:40 a.m. with violation of probation, interfering with an officer and simple assault.
April 13
Jacob Combe, 19, of 5 High St, was charged at 8:10 p.m. with possession of narcotics, narcotics possession in original container, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sean Mulligan, 34, of 13 Griswold Pt, Old Lyme, was charged at 1:51 a.m. with failure to have tail lamps, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving when license is refused, suspended or revoked.
April 14
Jose Carlosviza, 42, of 53 Hamilton Ave, Norwich, was charged at 1:40 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
