Waterford Police Hiring Patrol Officer

The application deadline is approaching.

The Waterford Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time patrol officer.

Here are the details, according to information shared on the department's Facebook page:

Applicants must be State of CT POSTC Certified, and must have completed a successful one-year probationary period and currently be employed as a full-time police officer in Connecticut. Applicants must also pass an extensive background investigation and all other POSTC and Waterford Police Department lateral transfer certification requirements.

Interested POSTC certified officers may pick up an application at the Human Resources Office, Waterford Town Hall, 15 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, or you may download an application from the Town website at www.waterfordct.org. Applications must be received by 4 p.m. on April 4, 2014.
