Teddy Childers, Jr., 57, of Waterford has been arrested for first-degree possession of child pornography, according to court records.
Childers, of 17 Mullen Hill Rd, was charged following an investigation by the Waterford Police Department and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service in Glynco, GA, according to The Day. Childers was held on $100,000 bond, and his next court date is July 24, according to the newspaper.
Childers plead guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs last year after being arrested by the Waterford Police Department in June of 2011, according to court records.

That is more than two individual units per acre or if you include the 60 condos - that is MORE than 4 units per acre! The area around the property for new building is zoned 3 acres per unit. The average of currently built housing abutting the property is about one acre per unit. That is not in keeping with the neighborhood character.

Take a ride around the same neighborhoods on Wednesday and half the signs will still be there. I wonder if the folks who have had the same yard sale sign at the corner of Great Neck and Rope Ferry Rds. for two and a half weeks wonder why cars are still stopping at their house every Saturday morning.
