Officer Steven Whitehead, the Waterford Police Youth Officer assigned to the Clark Lane Middle School, got duct-taped to the wall to help raise funds for the annual raffle for the Clark Lane Middle School Basket Bonanza. To cap it off, he later got a pie in the face!
