A two-car collision has blocked one of the northbound lanes of I-395 at around exit 79. The accident occurred shortly before 3 p.m. The left lane is blocked from Exit 77 to Exit 79 but traffic is backing up from the ramp at Route 32 North and Palmertown Road in Montville. Avoid it if you can.
