UPDATE:
Waterford Police Lt. Brett Mahoney has confirmed that one of the two people who robbed a Henny Penny Monday night in Quaker Hill was armed, although Mahoney would not identity what the robber was armed with.
Mahoney said nobody was hurt in the robbery and the robbers went off on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He said police have some leads right now, and would release more information as it becomes available.

Waterford Police have confirmed that a new Henny Penny gas station in Quaker Hill was robbed Monday night.
At around 10:15 p.m., two people on foot robbed the Henny Penny gas station at 30 Norwich Road, according to employees of the store who asked not to be identified. The newly-renovated store opened up just last week, according to the employees.
The employees said just a single woman was working at the gas station when two men on foot robbed the store. The employees said the men made off with just the money in the register, although said they were not sure how much money that was.
At around 11 p.m., Waterford and state police were on the scene, and employees said they were reviewing surveillance footage. A police K-9 also was deployed to search for the perpetrators.
