Police Blotter: Weekend in Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Oct. 13
Benjamin Dahm, 21, of 19 Cottonwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged at 2 p.m. with credit card theft and illegal use of a credit card/using someone else’s credit card. He was released on a promise to appear.
Neil Cochran, 25, of 419 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged at 5 p.m. with sixth degree larceny (shoplifting). He was released on a promise to appear.
Jordan Russell of 56 Norwich Ave., Colchester, was charged at 12:17 a.m. for failing to have tail lamps/marker lamps and for driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Oct. 15
Dawann Hooks, 33, of 5 Rosemary Street, New London, was charged at 5:40 p.m. with two counts of sixth degree larceny (shoplifting).

Donald Bauman, 41, of 283 Willets Avenue, New London, was charged at 8:58 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Bond was set at $500.
